A classic parkland style layout, the course was extensively redesigned by Les Furber in the early 1990s and is in the early stages of implementing a Wade Horrocks designed Course Master Plan.

Amenities

Our practice facility, with a driving range, short game area and putting green, will allow you to work on your game at your leisure. That means sneaking out after work to dial in your drives, spend an evening under the fading sun trying to lock in those three-footers on the putting green, or coming to the course before a game to unlock the secret to the perfect pitch.

Year-round Golf

The Winston offers indoor golf simulators during the winter months for our members, as well as the public (who can book four days out). With both league play, memberships, and the opportunity to practice or play simulator golf, The Winston is your 12-month golf option.

More than 50 courses from all over the world are available on the simulators during the cold weather months.

Challenged by the best

The Winston played host to PGA Tour Canada’s best players in 2007, and our fairways regularly witnessed great shots from golfers who would later appear on the game’s grandest stages. If you’re a strong player, The Winston will provide all the excitement and challenge you’ll need.
