On weekends and holidays non-members can play after 1:30.
For day of bookings or cancellations, please call the Golf Shop. We have a 4 hour cancellation policy.
Our pace of play policy is 4 hours and 10 minutes for 18 holes.

How far in advance can I book a public tee time at The Winston?
Guests playing public golf at The Winston may book tee times up to 4 days in advance. Members can book tee times up to one week in advance.
When can I play public golf at The Winston during the week?
Our 18-hole course is open to the public during all regular business hours from Monday to Friday, except during league play (for members only).
On weekends and holidays, our course is open to the public after 1:30 pm.
Does The Winston Golf Club have a dress code?
Suitable dress is required at all times in all parts of the clubhouse and on the golf course. The General Manager will have the final decision on what constitutes suitable dress, in accordance with the following guidelines:
– Neat business or casual dress is mandatory.
– Shirts for men must have a collar or be an accepted golf shirt design.
– Women may have a collar with no sleeves or no collar with sleeves.
– All shorts must have an inseam of no less than six inches with a finished hem.
– Tailored joggers are permitted.
– Track pants, casual joggers, sweatpants, and jeans are not permitted.
What is the pace of play at The Winston?
Pace of play for our 18-hole course is 4 hours and 10 minutes. We ask that all players be prepared to abide by this pace when playing to minimize backlogs and ensure a consistent experience for all members and guests.
