Club Fitting

Compare brands, shafts, and settings to find the right fit for you. We fit for length, lie, head model, shaft flex, grip size, and skill level. We can also help with your distance gapping within your current or new set.

Group Lessons

Learn with a group of friends, host a group social activity, or take your game to the next level with fully customizable private group lessons.

Junior Lessons

The Winston Golf Club offers junior camps, clinics, and programs for kids of all ages and skill levels. Whether a junior is swinging a club for the first time, looking to prepare for a tournament, or anything in between, we have a program for them! Please see below for a list of options:

Cullen grew up at the Calgary Elks as a junior golfer, spending most summer days at the course from sun up to sun down. He believes that every student is unique, and focuses on tailoring his lessons for each student to help them learn and grow successfully as individual players. He was previously at Lynx Ridge Golf Club and Earl Grey Golf Club.

Does The Winston have a dress code for golf lessons?

Yes—all lessons have the same dress code that is in effect for our members and public players:

Neat business or casual dress is mandatory.
Shirts for men must have a collar or be an accepted golf shirt design.
Women may have a collar with no sleeves or no collar with sleeves.
All shorts must have an inseam of no less than six inches with a finished hem.
Tailored joggers are permitted.
Track pants, casual joggers, sweatpants, and jeans are not permitted.

What brands can I get club fittings for at The Winston?

We have fitting equipment for the following brands:

What time of year can I get a club fitting at The Winston?

Our trained PGA of Canada Professionals can fit you on Foresight Simulators in the winter months or on the driving range in the summer and with the use of Trackman.

Do I need to be a member of The Winston to book a club fitting?

Members and non-members may sign up for any of our vendor fit days. Please contact Brayden Dalman (see above) to book a fitting.

How do I book lessons for a private group at The Winston?

Please contact your preferred Professional (see above) to book. Our private group lessons are completely customizable by date, time, topic, and number of lessons.

Reservations in the Clubhouse can also be made for snacks, lunch, dinner, or beverages after the lesson. Your options are endless!

What junior lessons does The Winston offer?

We offer several lesson options, including summer day camps and our unique Hockey & Golf camp. For more information, please view our entire junior package.

Does The Winston offer ladies golf lessons?

Yes! We offer lessons for female golfers at all skill levels. In addition to individual ladies golf lessons, we also offer ladies group lessons and specific ladies league programs for members.
