The Board of Directors of The Winston Golf Club are pleased to announce its Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the building of a new clubhouse. The club has partnered with Graham construction and FWBA architects to complete construction of its new clubhouse by the summer of 2026.

Clubhouse Updates

Activity on site has reached an all-time high with numerous trades working in tandem on both interior and exterior finishes. Since the start of the year, interior work has ramped up. At present, all rooms are framed.

In February, framing on the main level will continue as mechanical and electrical work progresses on the lower level ahead of drywall. Window framing and glazing will commence on the lower level windows and the admin area windows on the main floor during the first week of February. The larger and higher window framing and glazing will occur later in the month. Exterior cladding and EFIS (stucco) will be installed on the exterior of the building throughout February. The Clubhouse will continue to be flurry of activity with 20 – 30+ trades on site each day working.
