Membership Categories
Shareholder
• $10,000 share purchase.
• Annual dues of $5,100.
• Unlimited rounds of golf.
• 7-day advance tee-time booking and first priority on weekend balloting.
• Unlimited use of the driving range, putting greens and practice areas.
• Golf simulator access January through March, November and December.
• Club cleaning and club storage.
• In-house leagues and tournaments, member/guest tournaments and inter-club matches.
• Membership with Golf Canada and Alberta Golf.
• A spouse of a Shareholder is eligible to apply for a Unrestricted Spousal membership without purchasing another Share.
Trial
A Trial golf membership is an ideal introduction to The Winston. It includes all the benefits of full membership with the exception of voting rights on club matters. This is a one-time, non-transferable membership expires on December 31 and is open to applicants who have not previously held Membership status.
• Annual dues of $6,100 which includes a $1,000 share accrual credit.
• Unlimited rounds of golf.
• 7-day advance tee-time booking and first priority on weekend balloting.
• Unlimited use of the driving range, putting greens and practice areas.
• Golf simulator access January through March, November and December.
Club cleaning and club storage.
• Participation in member-only leagues and tournaments, member/guest tournaments, and inter-club matches.
• Membership with Golf Canada and Alberta Golf.
• A spouse of a Trial member is eligible to apply for a Spousal membership.
Young Professional
The Young Professional membership provides young adults between 31 and 35 years of age the ability to experience the benefits of The Winston Golf Club. Individuals interested in joining The Winston as a Young Professional do not have to be descendants of The Winston members. This membership category is limited, so applications may be subject to approval.
• Annual dues of $5,000 which includes a $1,000 share accrual credit.
• Young Professionals on a share payment plan are eligible for annual dues of $3,500.
• Unlimited rounds of golf from late April through October.
• 5-day advance tee-time booking and weekend balloting after A and B categories and access to all open weekend and holiday tee times starting the Wednesday prior.
• Unlimited use of the driving range, putting greens, and practice areas.
• Golf simulator access January through March, November and December.
• Participation in Club Championships and other member tournaments.
• Membership with the Golf Canada and Alberta Golf.
