Celebrations

Overlooking the 18th green, our Majestic Ballroom provides panoramic views of the golf course and Nose Creek valley through large floor to ceiling windows.

With a room capacity of 130 seated guests, this room is ideal for weddings, seminars, workshops, holiday parties, cocktail parties, fundraisers, birthday parties and other special events.

What amenities come with my corporate tournament at The Winston?

Banquet meals: Buffet meals have been customized for each package and options to upgrade, downgrade, or add a second meal are always available.

Electronic Scoring: Industry-leading Golf Genius scoring software; complete with live scoring, leaderboards, and sponsor placement.

Personalized cart plates and scorecards: Cart staging with sponsor logos, player names, and scorecards.

Player gifts and prizes: $20 per player allowance for gift certificates, tee gifts, or prizes from the golf shop.

Course set up: Includes hole competition preparation with tournament sponsor logos, registration set up, banquet room for pre/post round meal(s) including prizing and silent auction tables.

Hole-in-One-Competitions: For 2 of our par 3’s – holes 9 and 17. A player scoring a hole-in-one will receive a Winston Golf Shop credit valued at $2,000. Minimum yardages are 150 yards for men and 120 yards for women. Additional insurance options available.

Use of practice facilities: Facilities include driving range, putting greens, and short game area which can be accessed up to 1 hour prior to event start time.

What food & beverage options are available for tournaments at The Winston?

We provide a range of pre- and post-golf meal choices, as well as on-course options from our snack shack available during the event between the 9th and 10th holes. Beverage carts will also operate on the course during the tournament. Contact us to learn more about specific item availability and pricing.

What different rooms are available at The Winston for indoor events?

We have the following indoor facilities available for banquets, weddings, and other special events:

Majestic Ballroom
Ideal for weddings, meetings, seminars, workshops, holiday parties, cocktail parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, anniversaries, and other special events.
Room amenities include: large picture windows, a dance floor, round banquet tables or 8 Ft long banquet tables to customize the room for your ideal event, a podium and a wireless or lapel microphone. Can easily set up for audio and visual presentations.

Theatre Capacity: 170
Seated Capacity: 100-130
Price: $100 per hour (3 hour minimum)

Regal Lounge
Ideal for holiday parties, birthday parties and casual events.
Room amenities include: five 52” flat screens, a dance floor, a pool table, a large mingling bar, draught taps, a podium and a wireless microphone.

Theatre Capacity: 60
Seated Capacity: 80-100
Price: $75 per hour (3 hour minimum)

Monarch Lounge
Ideal for training, meetings, workshops, private lunches or small dinner events.
Room amenities include an overhead screen.

Theatre Capacity: 50
Seated Capacity: 20-30
Price: $50 per hour
